Breakfast is served in the dinning room between 7.30am and 9.00am, earlier or later by arrangement only. You will be served with cereals, toast, fruit juice, coffee or tea and a beautifully cooked English breakfast of sausages, tomato, mushrooms, eggs and bacon when requested. There are chairs on the verandahs and seats in the gardens for you to sit and let the world go by while you watch and listen to the many varieties of birds that live in the grounds and surrounding areas. Look carefully to find parrots, doves, pidgeons, wrens, wattlebirds and black birds.

It is an easy 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Lakes Entrance via a wide pathway along the waters edge of Cunninghame Arm.
